Commercial General Liability

The insurers agree to pay those sums that the insured becomes obligated to pay as compensatory damages because of bodily injury or property damage to which this insurance applies.

No other obligation or liability to pay sums or perform acts or services is covered unless explicitly provided for under Supplementary Payments.

This insurance applies only to bodily injury and property damage which occurs during the form period, and this must be caused by an occurrence which must take place in the coverage territory.

The Insurer will have the right and duty to defend any action seeking those compensatory damages but:

The amount they will pay is limited to the Limits of Insurance as shown on Declaration Page
They may settle any claim or action at their discretion
Their right and duty to defend ends when they have used up the applicable limit of insurance
