Personal Liability

Coverage normally states that the insurer will pay all sums for which you become legally liable to pay as compensatory damages because of bodily injury or property damage.

There are 4 sections that are covered subject to many conditions & restrictions. These 4 main areas are:

Personal Liability - legal liability arising out of your personal actions
Premises Liability - legal liability arising out of the ownership, use, or occupancy of your premises
Tenants Legal Liability - legal liability for property damage to premises you use or rent
Employers Liability - legal liability for bodily injury to residence employees arising out of their course of employment by you
